If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Customers have 15 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date it was received. In order to be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received, in the original packaging, and receipt or proof of purchase must be presented.
Items can be dropped off at any of our locations, or they can be shipped to us. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify the customer that we have received the returned item. We will immediately notify the customer on the status of the refund after inspecting the item. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the credit card (or original method of payment). Credit should be received within a certain amount of days, depending on the card issuer’s policies.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Our delivery service only works for deliveries within a 20 mile radius from any of our locations.
If you are outside our delivery area, you can pick up your purchased items at any of our five locations or please call us for more options.
